The present Chromsystems reagent kit for the analysis of β-thalassemia screening allows the reliable quantification of HbA2 and HbF. An excellent column ensures the separation of HbA2 from HbE and HbD even with aged material. Mistakes and false quantification can thus be avoided.
By means of the column’s high resolution the most frequent variants HbF, HbA2, HbE, HbD, HbS and HbC can be detected within a runtime of less than 6 minutes.
