Up to 10ml Injection Volume!
Ideal for Flash/Semi-Prep or other larger volume applications, the HT300LV is an automatic sampler designed to operate with virtually any HPLC system.
The HPLC Autosampler incorporates an elegant swivel head that allows injection into a special Valco injection valve, or another port type mounted in the same place.
Using a 1ml or 10ml HPLC Syringe, the system allows maximum flexibility in handling larger volume samples.
The communication port of the sampler has a variety of input and output signals to ensure that it can interface with your system.
Easy to Use:
The instrument is controlled by a user-friendly integrated keypad, or by a PC using the HT-COMSoft Software.
The HT300LV HPLC autosampler is equipped with a large number of benefits. It is easy to use and yet allows advanced sampling techniques:
• Syringe washes with sample or with solvent
• Pull up strokes for bubble elimination
• Controlled filling and injection speeds
• Sample derivatization or dilution

The HT300LV has a variety of valves depending on the application. The valve is automatically controlled and powered by the autosampler.
The tray of the autosampler is configured in the left position, with a 40-position movable tray for 10ml vials.
