Based on the HT300L, the HT300LPlus is an automatic sampler designed to allow virtually any combination of sample preparation and handling, that even the most demanding HPLC application may require.
Using up to 4 reagent vials, the system can move liquid from any vial in any position, to any other vial in any position, with no practical limit to the number of times, or the number of addition functions.
The HT300LPlus can also mix the vial contents, perform dilutions, and even includes a 'wait' function to allow for timed derivisations or reactions.
Once the sample is prepared, is can be injected into any HPLC system using the integral Valco HPLC valve.
Easy to Use:
The instrument is controlled by user-friendly 'Quick-Prep' Software, which allows intuitive drag-and-drop programming. Icons allow the user to simply select the robotic function required, and then select the vial positon to apply the function. Quite complex procedures can quickly be programmed, which makes the HT300LPlus ideal for research laboratories and applications where non-routine sample preparations are carried out.
In addition, the HT300LPlus includes all of the functions of the HT300L HPLC autosampler and is equipped with an unprecedented number of benefits. It is easy to use and yet allows the most sophisticated sampling techniques:
• Syringe washes with sample or with solvent
• Pull up strokes for bubble elimination
• Controlled filling and injection speeds
• Sample derivatization and dilution
