OlimPeak Certified Syringe Filters are manufactured with medical grade polypropylene housing, with Luer Lock and Luer Slip terminals according to ISO 594-1. Each filter is sealed with an external ring that maintains membrane integrity and best performance.
OlimPeak Syringe Filters are easily identified by color coding. They are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and technical procedures and quality controls are carried out according to international standards ISO 17025. Our production systems eliminate variable results through a system of control of manufacturing consistency from batch to batch and filter to filter. Original data and samples of filters and membranes are kept for 5 years after manufacture. OlimPeak certified syringe filters are supplied with a Quality Certificate for each batch as a guarantee of good performance. 100% of the filters are visually inspected according to the quality specifications.
From each batch they are examined: External dimensions, bubble point, integrity, water flow rate, UV extractable level, and conformity to all technical procedures, manufacturing and quality control specifications.
